INDIRA K. SHARMA, ESQ.
Indira Sharma is an Associate at Saul Ewing, LLP. She concentrates her practice on commercial litigation in state and federal courts with an emphasis on real estate litigation and contract disputes.
Indira is the vice-chair of the Diversity Committee and a driving force behind the firm’s initiatives.
Ms. Sharma serves on several boards, including the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law Alumni Board and the Maryland Hindu Milan Mandir, where she is Treasurer. She is also a member of the Junior Council of Children’s National Medical Center.
Ms. Sharma holds a B.S. degree from the University of Maryland and a J.D. from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, where she served as the Articles Editor for the University of Maryland Law Journal of Race, Religion, Gender and Class and received the Joseph Bernstein Prize in 2006 for submitting the most significant piece of legal writing for publication in this journal.
In 2013 and 2014, Ms. Sharma was selected to the Rising Stars list, Maryland Super Lawyers. She was also named a Leading Woman in Maryland by The Daily Record in 2011.
