NICK MCDANIELS, ESQ.
Board Member 

Nick McDaniels is a teacher at Mergenthaler Vocational-Technical High School (Mervo).  During his time at Mervo, Mr. McDaniels has taught students in the areas of English literature, criminal law, civil law, constitutional law, peer mediation, and peer mentoring.  He has served in many other capacities within the school community, including as School Greening Coordinator, Baltimore Teachers Union Building Representative, new teacher mentor, and coach of the mock trial team.  He has twice been recognized as a finalist for the Baltimore City Schools Teacher of the Year award.

Mr. McDaniels firmly believes that CLIA’s school-based programming has the capacity to launch talented young people into lives of meaningful and active advocacy and citizenship.

He holds a B.A. degree from Marquette University, an M.S. from The Johns Hopkins University, and a J.D. from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law.
